POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Health Mats Company serves over 2,600 customers, and we are currently seeking an aggressive sales professional to cover Southeastern PA and DE, The ideal candidate is career focused, financially motivated and driven to succeed.

We offer a base salary, benefits, and aggressive commission compensation program. Depending on production, realistic first year compensation range is $30,000 to $45,000. There is no limit to commissions.

We provide exceptional support for the candidate to succeed, which includes cell phone, laptop computer, and car allowance,

The following are required:

  • Candidate must reside in the territory
  • 1 to 3 years outside sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet quotas
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy, Email and internet expertise
  • The desire and commitment to succeed in the sales environment

Duties

  • Up sell to existing client base a new line of products and services
  • Appointment setting
  • Cold calling to add new customers
  • Sales presentations
  • Closing

The successful candidate will work with limited supervision, visiting our Delaware County Headquarters approximately once a week.
