On Saturday, May 21st, the Eagles are suiting up and taking to the sky (or to be more precise, Lincoln Financial Field) to once again raise awareness and funding for autism research and care. Walk, run, or ride alongside your favorite Eagles players and coaches and help make a positive impact to drive critical resources and funding towards this cause. Or hey, if you can’t make it in person, be a virtual participant!
Facts About Autism
Autism is a developmental disorder that affects 1 in 44 people under the age of 21 in the United States alone. It is considered the fastest-growing developmental disorder by the CDC.
From Awareness to Action

Eagles CEO and owner Jeffrey Lurie knows from personal experience how autism affects families and communities. He has seen how big a difference access to the right resources can be, so he and his team are helping to give a voice to families living with autism.
Since 2018, the challenge has raised almost $12m to support care programs and research that helps current and future generations living with autism.
Our Commitment to Community
At Health Mats, we have a strong ethos of giving back to the community. It’s a large part of what we do because we firmly believe it’s community that makes this world go around. We have been a sponsor for this event since its inception, and we are so pleased and happy to be able to assist again this year. We hope you’ll join us in helping make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by autism. One hundred percent of participant-raised funds go directly towards autism research and care programs.
